How to Make Learning Driving License at Home

Now you can Make your Learning Driving License online at the comfort of your home using your own mobile phone following very easy steps below:

1. First you will have to register by creating an account on official DLMIS website using your CNIC and email address and mobile number as shown in the picture below;

2.Once you have completed step 1 , you can now Sign in to your account using your email address and Password to make your learning Driving License and proceed to next step

3. Click on New learner Tab in the upper right corner to enter your credentials like your name, CNIC, Address, vehicle Category and other particulars in the given fields

4. Upload your photo ( maximum 1 Mb size) and upload Front and back sides of your CNIC (size should be less than 500 KB) and proceed to submit your application for Learning Driving license. Once you submit your application you will see PSID Number to pay Govt. fee for the license.

Step 5: Pay learner license fee  against your PSID number through Jazzcash/easypaisa or any other online banking app and now you can download your Learner Driving License from the official DLMIS website. Get a print out of your license and keep it with you while driving.
